This kind of lifestyle is generally quite unhealthy, but you can definitely reduce the strain you put on your body by following a few simple tips.
- Just eat less
Eating less food = Eating less calories, the rationale behind this is because of the fact that your basal metabolic rate is the number of calories your body will burn even when simply lying down on your bed ALL day long (BMR for short), it’s quite likely you are eating beyond this number and therefore, are putting on weight (hence why you’ve decided to spend time reading this article!), eating less food means that your calorie intake will closely match your calorie expenditure and you will not gain weight anymore.

- Eat more protein
